From the Tennessean: "Personal income in Tennessee is on the rise, spurred in part by a resurgence of manufacturing and the strong health-care industry.... 'It's a surprise, but it looks pretty good,' said David Penn. 'Manufacturing has been expanding nationally for 10 months now. It's not that wage rates are moving up much, but more people are being employed.'"
